It was only a week ago when Fall started and now look how quick the trees have changed since. It's going to be a quick  Fall I think. 

Day 37

On the lawn at Chapman School to watch the Swifts go down  the chimney! Watch out for those hawks!

Played tennis till dark with the Strengs tonight!! 

Day 35

You end up drinking more than you think when you are a Lions fan. 

Day 34

Did a few things today! Went to Timberline, Ice Axe and Lucky Laborador!! I'd say we had a pretty good day!

Day 33

Went on a brewery tour with the fam today!! It was pretty interesting!! Plus they gave us free Widmer pint glasses!!

Dan and I got his Dad and Jane beer passports!! Check  this one off the list!

Went on a little walk this evening with the hub..this reminded me a fake water tower.  I thought it looked kind of cool.

Had some more family come in today and we just HAD to check out Powell's Bookstore.  Although, no one actually bought any books..I did however by a cup :)
 I like cups.

I know it's not the clearest view of Mt. Hood but..it was one of the coolest things I get to see when I walk home from work sometimes . Doesn't matter how often I see it, everytime..it just amazes me.

Sunflowers don't seem to like the rain so much.  Suppose they still look pretty though.

Dan and I started watching The Wire. It's a pretty good show so far.

Day 23

Today a friend from work gave me some beets, zucchini, and beans..so I made them!! They were SO good! Who knew Dan and I would end up liking beets :) 

Day 22

The fam and  I went to Multnomah Falls today!! Turned out to be a beautiful day!

Day 21

Today the boys did the Pub Course while the girls did some shoppin'! Dan even got one hole in two hole strokes!! So proud  :)

Day 20

Went to Timberline Lodge today!! Got far enough up Mount Hood to touch some snow!! It was awesome!! You won't believe what you can see from 6000 ft up!

Day 19

Went to the coast today with the fam and someone made an awesome sand castle in front of Haystack Rock!! Go Goonies!

Day 18

Me and my little Freddy at Tryson Creek State Park on High Bridge looking in the water!!! We are SOO cool! :)

Day 17

Got the fam coming in tomorrow!! Had to make some muffins!!  Everyone likes muffins, right?!

Day 16

You know what that is?! That is an empty pool...the first real sign of summer going away. It's a very hard thing to witness.

Day 15

Ran some errands today, went to JCPenney and got a magic bullet. Dan's been talking about it for a few days now and about all the amazing sales that Penney's was having!! So we just HAD to check it out :)

Day 14

Went to the Clackamas River Trail!! There were some beautiful waterfalls!! It was a 7.2 mile hike..and I must say, it wasn't easy!!

Day 13

I learned how to knit today!! I figured it would be a good skill to have when I'm old, sitting in my rocker with a BB gun..I'm just saying if I'm going to have to get real old, might as well fit the part, right?

Day 12

Megan and I made some magnets today!!
Oh..and P.S. My niece Lilly was born!!

Remember the days when you could ride on these for hours? Ahh....Good times!

Sun came back!! It made Dan and I's walk a bit more enjoyable! :)
